Beginning to take care of your health late? Don't worry...for people aged 35 years and above, just take the following precautions and work out your way towards a fit body and mind!

Guidelines

-Spend at least one day for yourself in a week and an hour a day.
-Take out time daily for light exercises or activity you like apart from routine work.
-If you find exercise boring, you can try out alternate physical activities like badminton, swimming, Tennis, going to club  or jogging.
-Take light food. Concentrate more on soup, fruits and light & early dinner.
-Try to take your dinner before 6:30 pm.
-Responsibilities from work as well as family increases after on reaches 30-35 years of age. Try to keep yourself away from mental pressures and financial worries by playing different sport or activities or travel after every couple of month.
-Take a vacation/break after few  months of routine work.
- At a young age, our body has the capacity to maintain itself. With age this capacity becomes weak. As we eat more and exercise, work or play less we fall prey to weight problems and obesity. These in turn cause loss of elasticity of blood vessels increasing blood pressure leading to cardiac diseases. For prevention, AVOID JUNK FOOD (fast foods, soft drinks, ice-cream and oily food) and practice YOGA or light exercises to maintain flexibility of muscles and arteries.
- Weight training should be done to increase strength and stabilities o f our joints rather than for body-building purposes, Focus more on stretching exercise with strengthening exercise.
